Location: Oxfordshire home-based with travel across the South of England
Hours: Part-time 17.5 hours per week - some flexibility on specific days
Salary: £26,087 per annum (for 17.5 hours per week) + Excellent Benefits

As Culture and Inclusion Lead you'll support organisation-wide initiatives that strengthen our culture, enhance the colleague experience and embed equality, diversity and inclusion across the organisation. The role offers scope to bring fresh ideas, develop engagement and the opportunity to contribute to cultural change, organisational values and influence how we work, lead and grow as an organisation while making a meaningful difference to the lives of colleagues and the people we support.
What You'll Do
As part of our Organisational Development Team, you'll support the Project Director of Culture and Organisational Development with the implementation of the People and Culture strategy. This will include engagement with services and frontline colleagues, rolling out surveys, information gathering, evaluation tools, cultural inclusion and related projects i.e. Setting the Standards, across the organisation.
Working collaboratively with key stakeholders you'll:
- Support in delivering programmes that strengthen organisational culture, values and colleague engagement.
- Drive equality, diversity and inclusion initiatives across Leonard Cheshire.
- Help develop and embed leadership values, behaviours and capability frameworks.
- Support initiatives that enhance the employee experience throughout the colleague lifecycle.
- Lead wellbeing and engagement programmes in partnership with internal networks and external providers.
- Use engagement, culture and workforce data to generate insights and shape future initiatives.
- Partner with senior leaders and managers to influence positive cultural change.
- Ensure EDI learning and development is embedded across the organisation.
- Review and develop People policies, guidance and best practice.
- Lead and contribute to wider organisational development and change projects.
About You
Experience delivering organisation-wide culture, engagement or inclusion programmes is essential for this role. You'll be passionate about creating inclusive workplaces and have the confidence to influence stakeholders and lead meaningful organisational change.
You'll also bring:
- Strong knowledge of organisational culture, employee experience, engagement and EDI best practice.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using workforce and engagement data to inform decisions.
- A proactive, collaborative approach with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Related professional experience or a degree in HR, Organisational Development or a related discipline
- Willingness to travel and engage with our Service teams on site including occasional overnight stays
