That’s how one of our Senior Finance Business Partners describes their role. If you’re a commercially minded finance professional who thrives on influencing strategy and driving impact, we’d love to hear from you.

This is not a traditional reporting role. As a Senior Finance FP&A Business Partner, you’ll play a key role in shaping strategic and operational decisions across a complex, service-driven organisation.

Working closely with senior leaders, you’ll provide forward-looking insight, challenge thinking constructively, and help ensure resources are used effectively to support long-term sustainability and high-quality service delivery.

You’ll be part of a collaborative FP&A team, partnering a defined portfolio while contributing to a consistent, high-performing finance function.

Your working hours

This is a full-time role with a hybrid working approach. Occasional travel may be required to meet with stakeholders across the organisation.

What you’ll do

  • Partner with stakeholders to improve financial understanding and capability
  • Collaborate across FP&A to enhance tools, data quality, and consistency
