Cheshire House Day Care provides a safe, supportive, and empowering environment for adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and autism. We offer a high-quality, inclusive day service designed to provide meaningful, person-centred opportunities for growth, connection, and enjoyment. Our service empowers individuals to access a wide and engaging range of activities that promote social interaction, build confidence, and enhance everyday life skills. Through a welcoming and supportive environment, we foster positive relationships, reduce social isolation, and create opportunities for individuals to develop new skills and explore their interests. Our focus goes beyond care and support — we enable people to live fulfilling, enriched lives with dignity, respect, and purpose. Support is delivered within group settings or on a one-to-one basis, ensuring each individual receives the support that best suits their needs and preferences. Day Care operates Monday to Friday, with service users attending between 10:00am and 3:00pm.
Your working hours
We offer part-time hours 27.5 hours (5 days) or 16.5 per week (3 days), working Monday - Friday 9.30am - 3.30pm with half our unpaid lunch

• Support tasks such as personal care during the day service
• Encourage independence through a person-centred approach
• Keep clear, accurate records
• Most importantly – help each person live life on their own terms
No previous care experience? No problem – we’ll give you all the training you need.
