Our Property Team plays a vital role in supporting services across Leonard Cheshire. From managing requests to keeping systems up to date, this is a busy, collaborative environment where your work has a real impact on the day-to-day running of our organisation.
Your working hours
This is a full-time role - home based. Working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with 1 hour lunch.

What you’ll do
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications across phone, email, and correspondence
- Update and maintain systems and records with accuracy
- Receive and process work requests efficiently
- Process quotes and invoices in a timely manner
- Provide general administrative support to the Property Team
- Ensure compliance with all organisational policies and procedures
What helps you shine here
- Previous administrative experience
- Experience working in a reactive, fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask and meet tight, changing deadlines
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Confident communication skills (telephone, email, and face-to-face)
- Ability to work independently and use initiative
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above)
- A genuine commitment to the values and ethos of Leonard Cheshire
