Hill House is a welcoming care home catering to the diverse needs of 24 adults with physical and learning disabilities. Situated a mere stroll away from the vibrant hub of Sandbach in Cheshire, residents enjoy convenient access to local amenities such as shops, pubs, and restaurants. The proximity to Sandbach Park and the Brereton Heath Local Nature Reserve offers opportunities for serene outings in nature. 


Your working hours


We offer both full-time and part-time hours.


You’ll need to be flexible to work across weekdays and weekends as part of a rota


Typical shifts may include:


 • Day shifts: [e.g. 7am–3pm or 2pm–10pm]
 • Night shifts: [e.g. 10pm–7am]
 • Sleep-in shifts: [e.g. 10pm–7am, with separate on-call availability]

Enhanced pay: £1.00 per hour will apply to weekend working only (8pm Friday to 7am Monday). This does not apply to Sleep-Ins.


What you’ll do

• Support with daily living tasks such as personal care, mealtimes, and medication
• Encourage independence through a person-centred approach
• Accompany people to appointments, events, and community activities
• Keep clear, accurate records
• Most importantly – help each person live life on their own terms


No previous care experience? No problem – we’ll give you all the training you need.
