Within walking distance of the city centre, our home offers a warm, welcoming environment that truly feels like family — relaxed, supportive, and focused on the people who live here. Every day brings moments to celebrate, from small steps toward independence to shared laughter over mealtimes.
Your Working Hours
We offer flexible options to suit your lifestyle — including full-time & part-time hours. You'll need to be flexible to work between the hours of 7.30am and 10.30pm and available to work alternating weekends as part of a rota is essential.
Typical shift patterns:
- Day shifts: 7.30am - 3.30pm
- Late shifts: 2.00pm -10.00pm or 2.30pm - 10.30pm
- Mid-shifts: 10.00am - 7.00pm
- Sleepovers: 10pm - 7am (optional overtime)

What You’ll Do
- Support individuals with daily living tasks such as personal care, mealtimes, and medication
- Encourage independence through a person-centred approach
- Accompany people to appointments, events, and community activities
- Keep clear, accurate records
- Most importantly – help each person live life on their own terms
No previous care experience? No problem – we’ll provide all the training you need.

- Personal care experience is helpful but not essential
