A home with heart
 Hill House, rated “Good” by CQC, is a 24-bed care home with nursing, supporting adults with physical and learning disabilities. Our team provides a safe, person-centred environment where residents can live fulfilling, independent lives.

Your working hours
 This is a full-time role of 36 hours per week, covering three shifts per week from 07:30 – 20:00 (30-minute unpaid break), with cover required over seven days according to our rota.

From 1 December 2025, enhancement rates of £1.00 per hour will apply to night working (8pm Monday – 7am Friday) and weekend working (8pm Friday – 7am Monday). (This does not apply to sleep-ins.)

About the role
 As a Care Team Leader with Leonard Cheshire, you will supervise and support a team of Support Workers, ensuring residents receive high-quality, person-centred care. You will:
 • Lead with passion and enthusiasm, promoting positive outcomes for residents
 • Support residents with daily tasks and help them achieve individual aspirations
 • Supervise, coach, and motivate a team of Support Workers
 • Work flexibly and creatively with residents and their families
 • Promote independence through personalised care planning

What helps you shine here
 • NVQ/SVQ Level 3 or Level 4 in Health and Social Care, or willingness to work towards a relevant qualification
 • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
 • Experience supervising a team in a care setting
 • Flexibility to work within rostered hours and participate in an on-call rota
 • Proactive, creative approach to supporting residents
