A home, not just a service
Our Fulwood Avenue supported living service is home to up to five adults with learning disabilities. Our service feels like family – relaxed, supportive, and centred around the people who live here. Every day brings new moments to celebrate: from small wins in independence to big laughs over mealtimes.
Your working hours
Part-time - 30 hours per week (6 hour shifts - 5 days per week) Sleepovers are required in addition to your 6-hour shifts.
Shifts include: 8am to 2pm, 2pm to 8pm
Sleepovers: 10pm to 7am
You’ll need to be flexible to work across all shifts on weekdays and weekends as part of a rota

What you’ll do
• Support with daily living tasks such as personal care, mealtimes, and medication
• Encourage independence through a person-centred approach
• Accompany people to appointments, events, and community activities
• Keep clear, accurate records
• Most importantly – help each person live life on their own terms
What helps you shine here
• Warm, friendly, and empathetic approach
• Experience working with challenging behaviours and learning disabilities (essential)
• Willingness to work flexibly, including weekends
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Personal care experience
• A genuine desire to help others and make a difference
• Driving licence is preferred
