A Home, Not Just a Service
Our Bells Piece residential home and Firgrove Hill supported living service in Farnham, Surrey provide care and support for 23 adults with physical and/or learning disabilities.
Our talented team are looking for an experienced Service Manager to take the reins and support them in providing the best possible care to our service users. If you have existing experience as a manager in a care setting and exposure to working with adults with learning disabilities and autism, we want to hear from you!

Your Working Hours
Full Time
We offer flexible hours across weekdays, with occasional weekend availability as required for the smooth running of the service.

What You’ll Do
As the Registered Care Home Manager / Service Manager for Bells Piece and Firgrove Hill, you’ll lead with vision and compassion, while ensuring high-quality support, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Your leadership will ensure our services continue to provide outstanding care, meeting both the regulatory standards and the expectations of the people we support.
You will:
- Provide clear direction, management, and supervision for your staff team
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and care regulations
- Deliver person-centred, high-quality support promoting independence and inclusion
- Manage budgets and maintain a financially sound service
- Lead recruitment, training, and performance development for your team
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and shared success
- Hold registration for the service
What Helps You Shine Here
- Recognised nursing or social care qualification and registration (as appropriate)
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
- Proven management experience within a care or supported living setting
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and CQC standards
- Confidence in managing budgets and operational priorities
- Experience across different departments (e.g. therapies, catering, administration) is advantageous
