A home, not just a service

Our Northfield Park service is home to up to four adults with physical/learning disabilities. Our service feels like family – relaxed, supportive, and centred around the people who live here. Every day brings new moments to celebrate: from small wins in independence to big laughs over mealtimes.

Your working hours

15 hours per week.

Shifts include: 8am to 3.30pm. 9.30am to 4.00pm, 3.30pm to 11.00pm

Sleepovers: 11pm to 7am (additional)
You’ll need to be flexible to work across weekdays and weekends as part of a rota

• Support with daily living tasks such as personal care, mealtimes, and medication
• Encourage independence through a person-centred approach
• Accompany people to appointments, events, and community activities
• Keep clear, accurate records
• Most importantly – help each person live life on their own terms

No previous care experience? No problem – we’ll give you all the training you need.
